Products and prices
Prices are in USD. Product pages describe the selected materials, dimensions, colors and included pieces. Screen displays may affect how colors appear. Review your chosen product and options before submitting a purchase.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
By submitting a purchase through an available payment method, you authorize payment of the total shown at checkout. Payment authorization and order acceptance are separate steps. Any order acknowledgment should be read according to its stated status; it does not itself establish that payment has completed. Where an order is accepted, fulfillment follows the shipping terms shown on this website.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders are eligible for delivery to the 50 United States and Washington, DC only. Free standard shipping applies. Estimated handling is 1–2 business days and estimated transit is 3–4 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for cut-off times, exclusions and calculation details.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the 30-day return period, eligibility, authorization process, return shipping responsibilities and refund timing. Claims for defective, damaged or incorrect goods are assessed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Nothing in these terms removes rights available under applicable law.
Responsible play and support
